Receipt of shipments in our warehouses is completed according to standards operating procedures (SOPs) complying with national and international guidelines.

All operations executed into our warehouses are settled to respect the strategic warehousing key points: stock management, FIFO and FEFO, orders picking and packing, barcode system, and traceability.

The temperature and humidity in our premises are controlled to ensure that the quality and efficacy of our products are not compromised.

Customers’ orders are daily delivered all over Lebanon using equipped, insulated and monitored vehicles to ensure that goods are transported in suitable conditions and that the efficacy & the quality of products are preserved.
